Ryan attended Arizona State University for two years, (2000-02) studying Architectural Design. He was an intern during the summers of 2001 & 2002 at Hill Pinckert Architects in Newport Beach, CA. At HPA he learned the AutoCAD software, drawing plans, elevations and market phase site plans. Currently, he is responsible for the expediting and zoning entitlement process and working with A&E companies. Projects with EPBDC include: It’s a Grind Coffee, Starbucks Coffee Company, In-N-Out Burger and various other private clients. Ryan handled all phases of expediting on over 55 sites for Starbucks over the last three years. Ryan is also continuing his education at the University of Phoenix, looking to obtain a Bachelors in Business Management as well as ITT Tech to obtain his certification in Project Management..
