Amanda E. Manahan focuses her practice on civil and business litigation in both
state and federal courts. Ms. Manahan has significant experience in business
litigation and insurance defense matters, including bad faith coverage disputes,
defense of homeowners’ associations, errors and omissions, premise liability,
defense of copyright and trademark infringement claims, and construction defect,
as well as experience in real property litigation, securities litigation, civil RICO
claims, and partnership disputes.
Ms. Manahan graduated in 1998 from California Western School of Law, cum
laude and with a full academic scholarship. After graduating from law school
Ms. Manahan served as a Judicial Clerk for Vice-Chief Justice Cliff Young of
the Nevada Supreme Court where she gained valuable experience in appellate
work. Ms. Manahan was noted in the “Who’s Who” of Orange County Lawyers.
Ms. Manahan was also selected to be a member of the National Association of
Professional Women and was featured for her expertise and contribution to the
law. In 2008, Ms. Manahan became a founding partner in Manahan Flashman
& Brandon and serves as the managing partner of the firm. The firm has offices
located in Orange County and Beverly Hills, California.
Ms. Manahan is admitted to practice law in all the state courts in California, the
U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S.
District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Ms. Manahan has sat on the
board of directors for Relevant Ads, Inc., EP Development, and the Orange County
Women Lawyers Association.
Ms. Manahan is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the
Orange County Women Lawyers Association.
